We at gemsnewdirections.com have compiled this conditions
& general information page to help make your shopping experience
with us as easy and convenient as possible. If you have any question

reply to all correspondences as soon as possible. If you don't hear
from us within two days please try resending your email or calling us
with your question.
Ordering
Information
We accept Visa, Master Card, credit
cards, PayPal, certified checks or money order. There is No Minimum
order at gemsnewdirections.com but remember that a Flat $5.00 (for U.S.
Shipments) shipping and handling fee will apply.
Order Processing:
gemsnewdirections.com has two methods of processing orders, 1) Online
2) Phone or email. Quantities are limited and our shopping cart
software controls inventory at gemsnewdirections.com and New Directions
it self.
1) Online: All orders
are processed on a Secure
Commerce Server, which encrypts any information that you enter
and ensures for Credit Card Security and Privacy for our customers.
Your order id then processed via our shopping cart system. You will
receive conformation of your order by email. This is the fastest and
most secure way to process your order and insures fulfillment of your
order promptly.
Orders for items are processed on a
first serve basis. We suggest that the order form be used, as it is
the fastest. If you use another means of sending us your order,
someone else may purchase your item before we receive your
order!
Important: When you
have filled out the form to your satisfaction, click on the "Confirm"
button at the very bottom of the form to send your order.
2) Phone or Mail:
Complete your selection of items and proceed to the check
out stand, using your browser print a copy of your order and either
phone or mail your request to New Directions at:

When we receive your
request we will check your items for availability and then hold them
for 10 days pending receipt of your bank check or money order. If
after 10 days we have not received payment your pending order will be
cancelled. Since our inventory is controlled by item purchased using
our shopping cart system, we cannot guarantee that the item is not
sold during the time it takes to receive and process your Fax/Mail
order. We will make every effort to process your pending hold order
in a timely manner. Be sure to send a copy of the sales order with
the check or money order from a bank. Shipment will be made to you
by the end of the 2nd business day after payment is received.
Payments
1)All payments are to
be made in US dollars.
2)Visa and Master Card
are processed by direct credit card processing on the internet
site.
3)You can process your
order also by using our PayPal Select at Check out.
4)Checks and Money
orders will be processed when the funds are cleared by are
bank.
Photos
All photos were taken with
a digital camera or are photo-scanned image. We make every effort to
supply an image that is as close to the actual gem stone as possible,
but no photo can match a gemstone in reality.
Note:
Please keep us updated on your current
e-mail address so that we can update you on your current Auction Bucks
status each month (We will only notify you if there is money in your
account).
Returns
We pride ourselves in
offering quality items and describe them as fully as possible. All
stones have a 100% Satisfaction guarantee. If not satisfied with any
stone for any reason return it within 30 days for immediate
refund.
- Any request for a refund must be
made within 30days from receipt of parcel. Email us at gemsnewd@gemsnewdirections.com

- All parcels must be returned in the
original box and packing material to ensure safe shipment. All
parcels must be insured for the value of the contents. Your
refund will be mailed or your credit card will be credited within
7 days (based on method of purchase).

In all instances of damage
the carrier and gemsnewdirectins.com must be notified immediately.
Failure to do so may nullify the claim.
