You can Redeem Customer Rewards by either earning Loyalty or Volume discount (Which ever is higher)

Loyalty Discount
New Directions rewards our loyal customers by offering a special loyalty discount to our customers. Just make at least one purchase of products totaling $ 40 or more every six months to increase you're saving up to 6%
Level 1 - 1st purchase of $40 or more	Meets Qualification requirements	Next order will receive discount
Level 2 - 2nd purchase of $40 or more	1%	Discount applied to order and future orders with in the 6 months time period

Another special reward can be earned as a "Volume discount" which is based on a accumulating total per year. Rewards are based of your current Purchases Totals.

If you are a existing customer of New Direction and you are just Registering you will receive your discount in the form of a refund with your order.

If you have made Mult. purchase with in a 48 hour period your discount may not have been update you will receive the difference in your discount in the form of a refund with our order.

The purchase of Gift Certificate don't apply to your Customer Rewards Totals, but purchase using Gift Certificate do.

What is the Reward Point Program?

To thank you all for your support and to offer future incentives to you we would like to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Reward Point Program.

Our Reward Point Program is as simple as it sounds. While shopping at GEMSNEWDIRECTIONS you will earn Shopping Points for the money you spend.

Once earned, you'll be able to use those points to pay for future purchases at GEMSNEWDIRECTIONS/.

The Reward Point Program began on Tuesday 1 May, 2012 . All purchases made after that date will earn points.

How does the Program work?

When an order is placed, the total amount of the order will be used to calculate the amount of points earned. These points are added to your Shopping Points account as pending points.

All pending points are listed in your Side Cart and will stay there until approved/confirmed by GEMSNEWDIRECTIONS.

Once any pending points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those points. Ready for you to spend on whatever you want. If you make purchase for New Directions itself and have a web site account, your points will be added when your order is shipped.

Reward points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your points.

During the checkout procces you'll be able to pay for your order with your points balance.

Points and Values

Currently, for every dollar spent at gemsnewdirections.com or at New Directions you'll earn 1.00 point (excluding Gift Certificates) . Each point is worth $ 0.05 off a future purchase.

For example :

Product Cost : $ 100.00

Value of Points Earned : $ 5.00

Redeeming Shopping Points

If you have a balance in your Shopping Points Account, you can use those points to pay for purchases made at gemsnewdirections.com or at New Directions.

During the checkout proccess, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to select if you wish to use your points, as well as information on the total amount of points available. Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the points redeemed will have been credited towards your order. Once you confirm your order, your Shopping Points account will be updated and the points used deducted from your balance.

Minimum Points Required

Currently, There is No minimum balance required before you can redeem them.

Minimum Purchase Amount Required

Currently, no Minimum Purchase Amount required to redeem your points.

Maximum Points Redeemptions allowed per order

Currently, there is no maximum amount of points you can redeem per order, so save for that big prize.

Will I earn points for shipping fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees are excluded.

Will I earn points for tax fees?

No. When calculating the amount of points earned. Taxes are excluded.

Will I earn points for discounted products?

Yes. When calculating the amount of points earned. All items which their price have been discounted are included, points will be awared to the discount price value.

Will I earn points when purchases paid with points?

Yes.

Products Restrictions

Currently, Gift Certificates are the only item that does not earn points but you can use your reward points to purchase them.

Conditions of Use

Shopping Points are only available to registered gemsnewdirections.com or at New Directions member's.

Shopping Points Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and phone orders. and are only validated at New Directions.

Points are non-refundable and can't be transferred between member's.

Shopping Points are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

Shopping Points will not be refunded for any cancelled order.

When buying with Points,you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Shopping Points Account to cover the cost of your purchase.

When calculating the amount of points earned. shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
